Residents Council

The Residents Council builds leadership among tenants in the governance of Bickerdike's rental housing and increases the quality of tenant life through a variety of community-building activities.
The Residents Council is composed of individuals who live in Bickerdike housing. They have been elected by their peers who live in each of the 20 geographical clusters containing between approximately 30 to 97 housing units.
While the Residents Council has an elected membership, its subcommittees are open to any Bickerdike resident who wishes to participate. These include:
- Tenant Initiatives
- Garden & Open Space
- Newsletter
- Holiday Dinner
- Family Day
- Dusty Dance
