Since our founding in 1967, Bickerdike has been committed to the redevelopment of Chicago's northwest side for the benefit of and control by the low and moderate-income families in the area.  

Desde nuestra fundación en 1967, Bickerdike see ha comprometido con la revitalización del lado noroeste de Chicago para el beneficio y el control de las familias de ingresos bajos y moderados en el área.

 

Our Future | Nuestro Futuro

After years of consideration and planning, the Board of Directors recommended that an amendment to expand Bickerdike’s membership area be put forth to our voting members. It was put forth and approved at the 2021 Annual Membership Meeting. The expansion makes it possible for the organization to have an even greater impact by increasing community-based affordable housing development opportunities and serving more families.

Después de años de consideración y planificación, la Junta Directiva recomendó que se presente a nuestros miembros votantes una enmienda para ampliar el área de membresía de Bickerdyke. Fue presentado y aprobado en la Reunión Anual de Membresía de 2021. La expansión hace posible que la organización tenga un impacto aún mayor al aumentar las oportunidades de desarrollo de viviendas asequibles basadas en la comunidad y a servir a más familias. .
