We have served as a delegate agency for the City of Chicago's Small Accessible Repairs for Seniors (SARFS) program for over 40 years.

SARFS is a FREE Program for individuals who qualify.

In this capacity, we have provided small-scale improvements and repairs to hundreds of households to make them more accessible and energy-efficient for our communities' elderly.

We carry out approximately 30 to 35 jobs each year, helping elderly individuals live more independent lives and reducing fears of housing instability and homelessness.
