West Town Housing Preservation, formerly two developments known as West Town Housing Phase I and Phase II, were developed in 1983 and 1988 respectively. They moderate rehab of the development, which consists of 318 units made up of two, three and four bedrooms to accommodate families, was completed in 2019.
